· Overly soft pillows increase the angle of the neck and can cause an obstruction to the airway

· Avoid caffeine and alcohol for several hours before retiring

You need a hard (probably wooden) ball of about one inch in diameter that has a cord attached to it, and some way to clip it to your pyjamas.

Clip it to the middle of the back of your pyjamas, so when in the middle of the night you roll onto your back it is uncomfortable to lie in that position, and you will naturally roll over..... thus no snoring!

Simple, and cheap!
