I think its ok to talk about someone behind there backs but be prepared to say it to there face if need be!

The situation may occur when you may give advice about how to help someone to a person who is in a position to help them. You may do this quietly and behind their back.

I have talked about one friend behind her back as we [another friend] tried to decide how to approach her about a situation.
It's not a good thing to talk about someone behind their back but face it................ everyone has done it.

No, that i know but what if the person was going to die for some reason and you didn't want to ruin the time they have alive? I think that would be a good time! I am not saying you are going to kill them!!! lol!

I'm guilty to it! Anyway,its okey to talk to someone behind their back for as long as it good and not saying bad things about that person. Better to tell a person face to face if indeed a problem arises between the two of you rather than doing such a gossip that may interfere your relationship with her. Positively enough that she'll be thankful that you do confront her and talk to her quietly about the matter and in that way it may build your relationship with each other....
