Night, night

When you go to bed at night, do you need complete silence to go to sleep, or do you require some kind of background noise? I can't sleep without the sound of my ceiling fan lulling me to sleep. I don't know what I'll do when it's cold outside!

What really complete by sleeping time is when i have with my cellphone on the other side of the bed and switch on my music player. I feel relaxed and got a nice sleep when i hear a love song before i close my eyes to sleep. :)

People talking in the background (not too loud) is very relaxing. But i find the sound of a t.v going very annoying.The sound of rain is the best.In the summer the air con. sounds like rain sometimes.

I have a T.V. in my bedroom - I put the sleep timer on for an hour, then five minutes later I'm out like a light! It's like a sleeping pill! That doesn't say much for T.V. programming, does it?

The t.v. has to be on. I started that in High Scool and i'm still doing it today.

I love to have the TV on and use the Sleep Mode... but my husband hates it. I love for it to be cold in the room. Which works out well with where I live. I also like to have my air purifier on for background noise.
