I went to my fortieth high school reunion in 2005. What a kicker that was! Out of a graduating class of 56, 7 had died, there were 15 no shows, and out of the remaining 34, I only recognized 5! And that was by their voices! It turned out to be a rather small get-together, but we did have a lot of fun, and I've kept in touch with three of them. There were only two of us who still live in the same place where we went to highschool - the other was a friend of mine before the reunion and still is. God, I'm old!!!lol...

I still talk with some high school friends. I had a hard time in high school and decided not to go back for my 10th. We'll see about the next one.

The majority of the school mates that I have known either in jail, on drugs, or 6 feet under which were boys. I only had a few girl associates. From that few, was my sister-in-law. She and I always see each other. She had her personal friends that weren't my friends.

I was a loner and didn't graduate from high school; however, I finished later on in life by completing my GED and taking some college courses....
