I would like to know the significance of Labs below?

1. Hgb 8 g, Hct 25%, RBC 3 million/mm
2. WBC 4,000/mm
3. Platelets, 30,000/mm
4. Urinalysis: positive for nitrates, leukocyte esterase, glucose, and bilirubin.
5. BUN and serum creatinine WNL
6. Lytes: K 3.0 mEq/L
7. Fasting Blood Sugar 190 mg/dL
