How do I upload an mp3 ringtone to my AT&T phone?

I have an mp3 file saved into my harddrive. I need to get the ringtone from my hard drive into my Nokia 2101/2102 cell phone. I do not have a cable or Nokia PC. How do I get the file onto my phone? Is there an easy way?
