Asker Extended Question Listing (09/23/08):
This engine is a rebuilt engine with very few miles. A new crank was installed
when the engine was rebuilt. Motor has new starter, new ignition, new belts,
low mileage and of course new waterpump. There are no holes in engine block for oil to have leaked out.

The engine may need to be stripped and reconditioned by an engine recondition specialist depending on what kind of damage (and I assume quite a bit) has been done. I had a motorbike engine that siezed when it was stored for a few years. I used engine release oil but Im not sure if that will work in your case.
