i know someone who cannot start a wisconsin engine model BKND 278X234. he has pulled the motor and head apart, repaired all parts that could be faulty. he now requires a workshop manual

Im sure you will find the manual here http://www.manddsmallengine.co... You need the Wisconsin Repair Manual ACN & BKN. There is also a parts manual available on the bottom of the page.
