Im going to grade seven and in the first day, which is only one hour, they covered alot of rules and they sounded really strict. And they said that i have to do four laps around our field, and i am really bad at running and everything. any advice?

When you do laps, it doesn't matter how fast you run! Don't worry about it! It's all part of growing up! Rules get stricter in the higher grades, but that's just to prepare you for high school, then college, then a job! We all have rules to follow! It's just good practice! Chin up! You'll do great!

My students usually get a doctor´s note or a note from their parents....
