The Pill is designed so that if a woman on the Pill decides to become pregnant, then the effects of the hormones are easily and quickly reversed as soon as she stops taking it. Therefore, as soon as you stop taking the Pill, there is an immediate risk of pregnancy. And the more pills you miss, the greater the risk of pregnancy if you have sex. If you've missed one pill, the chances are still fairly slim that you've gotten pregnant (though there's still a risk). However, three pills at a time is a lot to miss and the risk of pregnancy is significantly higher.

If you're on a low hormone dosage pill, you could definitely have gotten pregnant if you ovulated during that three day period. On the higher hormone level pills, it's not likely because they stay in your system longer.

How close to your ovulation was it? It's likely you aren't, because it's normally difficult to get pregnant even when you're trying to. Don't worry until you miss a period.
