Hourly employment and Overtime in New Jersey
Asked by: naz3345 from -
I work for a company in New Jersey. I am a Network Technician who is paid hourly. One weekend a month I am on call where I can get numerous calls from all over the country which can add up to hours working at home troubleshooting these issues. I am not paid for this time. Since I am hourly doesn't this come under overtime? Please let me know.
