thank you very much for helping my with my answers.i was critised a lot for this.i am an ambulance asistant in south africa. i do not have acess to a good library and have limited acess to a computer and internet.in south africa we must accumilate 30 cme point per year to register with the hpcsa.if we do not we are not allow to register again and lose our work.these questions that i ask is not part of my field.i got these question from a local doctor who is subscribe to a medical journal.he gave me a webside adress where i can get cme points via internet.most od the question i do not understand thats why i came to askpedia.you are a very good and nice person.thankyou to you and your family
