1. Call your ISP. They should be able to reset or tell you what your password is. They will need proof of identity, bill details, acccount information/customer number and maybe answer a security question

3. If that doesn't work a more brutal fix would be to delete the Identity from the Registry.

If you do this your email folder will be deleted and its contents. I'd use this as a last resource only and when all other options have been explored and exhausted.
