Forced Visitations

Massachusetts: child is 10 1/2 and now has anxiety disorder and is on medication to help him sleep. Child has night terrors of his dad and recalls his father yanking his arms in past visitatiosn when he was ages 5 to 8. Child's night terrors have increased and become more graphic and frightening. Yes he sees a therapist! Son now has hatred for his dad and wishes death upon his dad so he can have a life. Can anything be done before child falls into depression?

Yes! The child should only have supervised visitation with his father! His therapist would verify this. Family court could handle this situation, and file new visitation rights, or perhaps none at all! I wouldn't put this off! Your son is suffering, and it has to stop! Good luck!
