If i do my own Acknowledgement od Debt document, is it legally binding.
Asked by: joobs from -
I enetered a relationship with someone six years ago, we bought a house in my name but he had to pay the bond repayment every month, I put down the deposit and some cash. He signed a legal document with a law firm, that he would pay the monthly installments on the bond and pay the bond in full,if we ever split up. He walked out on the relationship a year ago. The bond amount is R150 000.00. I am struggling to pay the installment every month & consulted a lawyer but have to pay approx R10 000 for them to take legal action on my behalf. I do not have this money. Pse advise.
