my cockatiel laid eggs at the bottom of the cage Do you think they will hatch?

hI didn'thave a breeding box . boh the male & female are setting on them. Also is it okay to clean the cage with the eggs on the bottom?

The eggs have a good chance of haching, if they are sitting on them. You can clean the floor but go to close to where they are sitting. Don't disturb the eggs.
