1.) Is there a fee to join and use this service?

2.) I was initially looking for instant answers to my questions from the internet.I thought that this site did that,but I see the duration for this question is 7 days I am not sure if this is correct or not.

Seven days is the default time. You can change this from 3 days to 4 weeks.
There is no fee for this service. It is free to answer and ask questions. If you want lots of answers, you can offer money.
