How do I make sure that my mortgage won't suddenly shoot up?
Asked by: sole_survivor from -
My broker assures me that my mortgage rate won't change in the years to come. However, I've heard of so much people who said that their mortgages climbed up after a year. How can I prevent it from happening to me?

While the rate is low, you can lock it in at a fixed rate for up to five years!
