I have a PC running Windows ME but it is in Greek, how can I change to English

Your best bet is to reinstall windows and select "ENGLISH" from the menu. And if you are going to take the time to do that, you might as well rather install windows XP, much better than ME. I recommend you stay away from vista, a huge downgrade from XP.
