Recently I've been volunteering to teach adults, who didn't have the benefit of education, to improve their reading and writing skills. Recently I've been volunteering to teach adults, who didn't have the benefit of education, to improve their reading and writing skills. This is an opportunity to give back to my community, and help individuals to set their goals higher as they achieve these skills. Perhaps I have a slightly selfish motive because the joy I get back as I see my students progress makes me feel better about who I am! This job is a challenge - it's so much harder for adults to learn these skills than it is for grade school students, but the rewards are plenty and fulfilling!

Well i help my husband every day as he has a broken back.It's a full time job and i love it. When i'm in town i always help people getting their trolleys down the curb, leaving their glasses behind etc etc. and it makes me feel good to help someone.
