No, Northern Trust was appointed by Handelsbanken as their global sub custodian for 3-4 countries. RBC Dexia is a joint venture between the Royal Bank of Canada and the investor services firm Dexia. A new executive for Northern Trust, Sascha Calian worked in product, market and segment strategy at RBC Dexia prior t joining Northern. Calisan previously worked at Morgan Stanley and Citibank
