Benefits also can be paid to your unmarried children if they are:

Younger than 18;
Between 18 and 19 years old, but in elementary or secondary school as full-time students; or
Age 18 or older and severely disabled (the disability must have started before age 22).

If you suspect fraudulent then call the Social. Security Administration to report fraudulent use in your area.

Call Social Security they should be able to tell you, also investigate with some credit bureau. If you are paying child support when you fill your taxes you will able to find out. Keep all the pay stub and all proof. If she has been collecting Social Security she will be cut. Call Trans Union and the put a stop and find out is she is using your Socia Security. gigia
