Odds for Poker dice

but it only provides relative odds for the outcome after 1 roll of the dice.
I was hoping a statistical expert with probabilities could provide the odds after 3 rolls with the process of holding available.

If you roll all 5 die once the outcome has 7776 variables, or 1 in 7776 odds
If you roll them all 5 times it goes up to 1 in 23328. The highest possible odds for the whole game.
If at any stage you only roll one dice the outcome changes to 1 in 6
2 die = 1 in 36
3 die = 1 in 216
...
