what are current carbon dioxide levels at present?

atmosphere is made up of 79% nitrogen 20% oxygen 1% other cases including carbon dioxide. if carbon dioxide levels increase which gases decrease?

Carbon dioxide is presently 380 parts per million or one molecule of every 3883 while the next most common gas is water vapor with one molecule of every 20. Water vapor absorbs infrared heat radiation four times better than CO2, molecule for molecule which means it is responsible for 99.9% of all atmospheric heating. CO2 is only responsible for 0.1% and insignificant as a greenhouse gas, but it is in all fuels, can be controlled and taxed hence the elected class is very interested in it.
