psynopsis, you are not being very sensitive here, just because a baby doesn't want to eat a full bottle you are bringing up autism?!!! get real!!!
it is very normal for a baby to react to the shots like that. as long as he is eating, he is fine! just give it a day or two. if the baby is not getting enough to eat you can see it on the soft spot on the top of his head, if it kooks like it's sunken in, and he is not peeing, than you should take him to the doctor.

Hi, I have a 2 month old baby, he went for his needles yesterday (15-08-08) but he aint taking all of the bottle like he was before the needles he will drink half of the bottle then about 30 to 45 minutes later he will want the rest is this ok or should i try and make him drink the rest

Just let him take as much as he wants - don't try to force more on him right now. He may be having a slight reaction to his shots! He should be fine in a day or so!

Yes he should be okay but if this persist talk to the Doctors who gave him, his shots sometimes they cause Autism or other diseases!!!
