What is the best new cell phone to purchase and why?

Phones sold at Verizon are prefered because that is where I will be buying it from.

That all depends on, Budget, What you use your phone for, talk, text, email, camera. You can never go wrong with a Nokia. I have had several makes of phone and Nokia are by far the best and most reliable. If your a business user who makes and recieves calls primarily, Id recommend the Nokia 6205, the LG Dare if you like something with more features on a higher budget. The more features a phone has the shorter the battery life.
