problem with a front end on a 1999 grand prix

when u jack the car up the wheel shakes when u pull from side to side. Going down the road it roars and the car shakes. Would it be the axle or bearings

Issues with axels or wheel bearings normally cause friction so you will hear a grinding noise, although saying that I don't know nothing about running or maintaining a formula one car!!
