my dog has developed red spots to face and legs and belly

had her to the vet he thinks it could be small tumours i am in doubt as she did not have them before she went in the garden and hade a bad night i have payed over 500 pounds on two ops and my dog looked like frankinstein she has a good appitite and is liverly in her self i dont seem to be getting anywhere and the spots are growing

Sounds like Lymes disease. Ask the vet about it next time you see him/ her again. Ticks are in gardens and dogs can catch the spirochete.
