380V and 400V power supply difference

Can a 380V,3-phase, 50hz, Pump Motor be used in a 400V, 3-phase, 50hz power supply or vice-versa? What is the effect of this on the performance of the equipment?

As long as the power supply can provide enough energy, then yes. In other words how many watts of power. W=VxI watts=voltsxamps.
