If you are privileged enough to own a female Yorkshire Terrier, then you should know that it’s only a matter of time before you have to make that decision of whether to get her fixed or let her breed. If you decided to get her fixed then you don’t have anything else to worry or think about but loving her. 2 years of age at least will be ideal for your terrier.If she is young ,rather than older then there is less chance of her having problems with birthing.The amount of times she is mated in her season will determine the size of the litter.For example, she could concieve with the sire one day and then concieve with him again the next day so they are not all concieved on the same day.That doesn't mean to say if she was mated 10 times she would have 100 pups, her body will amazingly only take what it can handle.
