Peugeot 306 immobiliser

i have a peupeot 306 and done an engine swap. i turn my ignition and the green and red light on my immobiliser are illuminated when i type my code in the green and red light are still illuminated therefore i cannot start my car

i think your on the right track just make sure there is voltage at the glowplugs it seem strange that all would pack it in at once. they have a strap...
