Where would I find sites on email harrassment or rights on privacy of clients?

I have a lady harrassing me for information on the where abouts of a chihuahua that she sold to another idivicual before I bought the dog. She is threatening legal action to obtain that information. I need to research her threat and see what my rights are to the idividual I sold the dog to. Thanks

First all, does she has proof that the dog was orginially hers? Have you received documentation from the second party? Consult an attorney.
