Eggs and bacon on toast with a cup of tea first and orange juice after.
The cup of tea should be brought to you in bed and then you get up when you smell the food cooking.

Scrambled eggs, CANADIAN bacon, sourdough toast with a bit of homemade peach preserves, freshly squeezed orange juice-poured in delicate stemware, orange spice tea in a victorian ceramic cup, Sunday newspaper, and a bud vase with a single red rose, served by Backhoe man, wearing only his workboots and a satin black thong. Hurry up and eat. He poured you a bubble bath. You don't want the rose petals to get too wilted in that water. :-)
