Suzuki Warranty repair
Asked by: SteveDone from -
I have a 2005 suzuki Reno, it had the check engine light come on and the dealer is waffling about the warranty coverage. They say it needs a new tranny but that it isn't covered under warranty. They have a 70,000 mile warranty but they expect you to take it to them for regular service. I take mine to Jiffy lube for service. The transmission is advertized to be sealed and they told me it wasn't and I shoud have had it flushed at 30,000 miles. It now has 49,000 miles. Is this a common thing? Should I fight them and how can a customer fight them?
Thanks

If you have followed the servicing plan and got it serviced from a Suzuki accredited workshop they should cover it under warrenty.
