If a girl gets pregnant at 16 by a boy who is 18 to 20, can he be prosecuted if the parents are for the relationship? Do they have to press charges or can the doctor do it? And would charges be pressed if the girl is 16 at the time of conception but 17 at the time of birth? Thanks
