My eprompter has stopped working. How do I fix it?

I works sometimes with Yahoo, but not at all anymore with gmail or hotmail.
It works with another account also.
Appreciate any information you can give.

I was told by a classic I T technision To allways keep your updates up to date. Usually daily set your computer for a certian time and the computer will do the rest, it is very important to do this. and also check your defults and set them if need to.
