how old is my toilet?

Toilets have a "date of manufacture" stamped into the china of the tank. What format is that date stamp? On my toilet, which is no more than 4 yrs old, I can make out "Aug 82". There's more, but I can't make it out. I know it wasn't made in 1982.

What is the make of the dunny who ever made it should be able to tell you can you still get parts for it.
