How often do I give insulin to diabetic patient?

When do you give sliding scale insulin if you're on oral diabetic pill and finger sticks b.i.d twice a day?

You don't... once an application of any medicine is not taken by the patient themselves ( like insulin) a second person must be qualified medically to give that medical procedure. If you don't know the answer to your question, you're not qualified medically.
