With our Country sliding in to a recession (soon to be depression) high inflation, mass loss of jobs to outsourcing and cheep labor products brought in with no tariffs, companies like Haliburton now transferring to Dubai, so they can avoid paying taxes in the U.S. the same tax money we paid in to give to them for the WAR, and now they wont pay any taxes back in to our Country on their profits.
We give tax brakes to companies who send their main offices over seas (CAYMAN ISLANDS). Most people equate a trade agreement with more lost jobs By 70%
And now back to the question: How does free trade really help the U.S. more than hurt us?

free trade is an oxymoron .....countries like Mexico have been devastated by free trade agreements. Why has the influx of illegal immigrants from Mexico been a problem in the US? because they are mot able to have unions, they are paid slave labor wages so cheap goods can flow into the US.
