charge for care and control driving i wasn't drinking and driving

what happen that night was my daughter and niece were sitting in vehicle listening to the music my nephew and i went in side the dance hall the two guys got in the vehicle and my daughter ask them to get out they did't. So my niece came to get me. When i got to my truck the other guy was past out and i yeild and swear at the one to get out that's when the cops came around and caught me on the driver seat. I don't want to lose my licence because my vehicle takes me to work, shopping and chruch because i am cripple. it's the same officer i make a complain on him because he lie about the serious charge and the charge was droped. My driver was my nephew.100 percent not driving.I can't afford a lawyer. I what to represent myself. I need help if i can help.
