Craftsman LT2000, MD year 2003 w/ Honda GXV530-EXA2 motor

Engine continuosly floods, tore carbureaotr apart, cleaned it, needle valve and float look flawless. Reassembled, still have saevere flooding problem. What shouls I do next???
