Everything I do changes the world. If you don't think so. You probably don't understand the world.

To keep it very precise and short,I try my best to help and forgive others, and I feel that this will change the world, although its a slow process. You can't change the world over-night.

Most People do not know the full benefit of helping and forgiving others. Most of the time, helping and forgiving others is like a chain reaction. Also, you may consider it as a small help, but the person who receives it will consider it 10 times greater owing to the timely help.

For example, you may have helped someone, either by money or by something else. The person who receives the help will never forget you and also will definitely help others who are in similar situations he was in.

The greatest punishment as well as the greatest thing to be done to a wrong doer is to forgive him.In most of the cases, the man becomes refined and try to do a honest living.

Only the person who was helped, and the person who was forgiven knows the value of helping and forgiving.

I brought three children into it! They are super great people, so I guess I changed the world for the better.

I was eating pizza when I was 18 and my girlfriend choked on a bite of hers. This was only a few years after the Dr. Heimlich had published his paper on the "Heimlich Maneuver" and eveyone had been talking about it and it was in the news. She coundn't talk but she was waving at her neck and started to turn red. I turned her around in her seat and did a abdominal thrust... nothing, I did another... still nothing, as I did the third the manager was going to call 911, but it worked! She coughed and drew in a long breath. She kept coughing for 2 or 3 minutes and then said she felt okay but wanted to go home. As we left, I got a standing ovation from the 10 or 15 people in the restaurant and the manager patted me on the back as we walked out. I felt like a hero if just for one day.

The girlfriend dumped me about 6 weeks later. : )

I smile with my eyes (so people know I mean it.)

I tell little funny stories, that are true, about everyday things...but with a twist...and make people laugh. (It IS the best medicine, you know.)

I share with others. (There is plenty for all.)

I listen to others. (It is one of the best gifts I can give.)

I compliment the good behavior of other people's children...especially when it's earned! (It encourages more of the same.)

I do favors for strangers and ask them to do the same someday for a stranger. (I believe in "Paying it forward".)

I try to set a good example for others. (It helps them see their own actions more clearly.)

Any one of those are enough to make a positive change...so why stop at just one?

I am a very small cog in a very small wheel when you think of the entire world.
But I have done some things which I hope have helped such as work with children as teacher, coach and scoutmaster.
My work as a campaign manager has helped to elect people whose views have helped direct things in a way they might not have taken otherwise. I am undefeated.
As a student I showed the military how vulnerable they were when they forced us to take military courses.
As a state secretary treasurer representative to the American Dental Association I saw that the right people were appointed to the key boards and the right person was elected president of that organization. I think this forestalled the advent of socialism into American Dentistry at a key time.

All behind the scenes which is the most effective way for me to work.

Usually there can be 1 leader out of millions like Mahatma Gandhi to lead and change the world like he changed the heart of Britishers who ruled on us.

I do not think I have qualities like a leader to lead and change the world like him. But yes one thing I know if I can do something good myself and every one on this world does good same then unitedly we all have done good.

In my facebook you can see I have stopped buying newspaper since they are printed by cutting trees and the same news I can read online on my PC. I have joined this group there " I'll stop buying newspapers" in facebook.

I think this way I am saving my mother nature nad the world as a whole.

I teach. Yes, as a teacher, I do my best to impart knowledge to my students. One at a time ... 10 at a time ... 100 at a time .... a 1000 at a time. I might not be able to "reach" so many a people or cover so wide a geographical area ... but I make up for my limitations with "depth".

Just a simple action and contribution but .....

One day ... one fine day, the knowledge that has been passed on to me and from me to my students, will be passed from one person to another and so on until a whole circle is completed ... and then, at that particular moment ... we all know that I have done my part to change the world .. or should I say contribute my part to make the world better. JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE :)

And that is funny isn't it? Come on ... it is hilarious when you think of it :)

Gotta go change the world .... cheers

changing the world is not a funny thing to answer u .we can't change world overnight or within a couple of days. changes in the world can take place after many days.

if i am a god i can change the whole world .but as i am a ordinary woman ,i can't change the whole world.but atleast now i can help others by doing good service to them and help to change the world .

some days back ,when one of our indian movie came , i like one quotation in it , 'help 3 people and ask those 3 people to help another 3 people' and go on like that. in this way we can change the world , may be in some days or in some years.

in this way we can eradicate corruption and there will be no bribes at all in the world.when these two problems are solved ,many problems in the world can be solved.

and i if i am a god or any politician, i will see that in all parts of world or in my country ,i will teach the basic education and basic commonsence in life of humans.these two are the important things which are neccessary in now a days.if this two are properly there for all people, there will be no problems in the world .lack of common sense, educated people are also doing corruption things which are leading to international problems.

so if i am a god , i will see that no corruption should be there in the world.and take steps to eradicate corruption.if corruption is not there ,automatically the world can change and we can develop in so many fields.
