How do I Stop phone calls that are not for me?

my uncle stays with me once in awhile when he comes back from costa rica for the past 2 years citigroup collection department has been calling for him about 20 times a day 7 days a week (I record every number and time) It begins at 8am and ends at 9pm. How do I get them to stop. I do not anwer the phone anymore nor do citi leave messages. I let my uncle know that I am getting stressed out with all these calls I am loosing my mind.

In order to stop collection calls at home you must send a "stop calling letter" to the collector.
If the calls continue, contact your State Attorney General's consumer protection division.
