No Chlorine Gas Emission from Sea Water Electrolysis

We are testing sea water electorlysis. But, we found that Chlorine Gas emission while process. How can we stop the chlorine gas emission from sea water electrolysis.

You can make a metal electrode available for it to combine with such as aluminum.
Chlorine reacts with plenty of metals, ruins equipment.
Chlorine gas dissolves in water. You'll have "bleach" long before there's a health hazard.
Assuming that you attempt to collect the oxygen, any chlorine gas produced would also collect in the "oxygen" container....
