what is the statute of limitations on kidnapping/abduction of a minor in Canada?
Asked by: crystalwolf from -
I was wondering what the statute of limitations are on kidnapping/abduction of a minor in Canada - and if there is anything that can be done from this individual once they are an adult to the abductors. I was abducted as a baby from my mother and only found her 1.5 years ago - along with the truth. Is there anything in this instance that can be done?
