Problem with picture

is it some sort of projection tv or projector? if it is adjust the calibration the colors could be off.

If you have cable it could be a thing called "ghosting". It's where the TV is trying to also pick up the antenna signal along with the cable signal. I would imagine that this is only happening on the lower channels [the ones that have a local station nearby] and not the higher channels like Bravo and MTV, VH1, etc.
