can my ex recieve an increase in support if we had already agreed to a set amout
Asked by: exesrproblems from -
the both of us, my ex and myself, have already agreed on a set amount of $350 a month child support. this agreement has been stipulated in court before a judge as well as in our court papers. my question is, is she entitled to an increase in child support since she has agreed to the set amount?

In most cases if her bills are higher than usual than the courts will take that into consideration.
If you are still doing for the child even though you pay child support and you have proof the judge will take that into consideation. Either way can go in this cases.
