The word lunatic is originally derived from luna or moon because people felt that a full moon made unstable people go mad! I basically think it's a myth, but when you plant a seed like that, people tend to lend credence to it, and actually blame the full moon for their behavior. Personally, I don't think a full moon has any proven effect on one's personality.

It definitely does and doesn't happen often enough but the sex is hotter, wetter and wilder :-)
