Is it my period or from masturbating too hard?

Today i noticed a small spot in my underwear that was reddish-brown (like it had been there for an hour or so) I have never gotten my period before.... but i am not sure if it was from masturbating or not.... I don't masturbated roughly, in fact i have never tried using my finger. I am at my dad's house so I have no one else to talk to... i am a little worried.... please help me. Your answers are greatly Appretiated

It isn't from masturbating! It may be the beginning of your menstrual cycle. At first you may see only spotting, then in a month or so your period will start.
