what gutters should I buy for a flat roofed mobil home? Moisture problems

There were gutters added to the existing mobil home I purchased and I am unable to clean out the gutters and therefore I have moisture problems starting. Leaks above the door frame and is causing door problems. Do you have a recommendation for replacing them w/a better product. (inexpensive as possible)

Perhaps the best solution is to install gutter covers. Get them from a gutter cover company. They will clean out the gutters and install covers to keep them from getting bad again.
